SPRING HAS SPRUNG...... IT'S TIME TO GET OUTDOORS!!!!

Finally the weather has started to change. Spring has arrived and with it we are seeing the re-emergence of the sun. Spring is a great time to get outdoors and fire up the barbeque.

Spring lamb is always popular at this time of the year. One of the most popular ways of cooking lamb on the barbeque is cooking a butterflied lamb leg and slicing it into serve size portions. We prepare butterfiled lamb legs marinated or plain and they are always one of our top sellers. If you prefere to do a roast, we are happy to bone and roll any cut of lamb you require. Rolled lamb products can be made for single serve portions or larger cuts to feed multiple guests.

 

I find that cooking beef on the barbeque is the best way to bring out it's flavour and tenderness. Beef rib eye steaks, scotch fillet with the rib still attached, is as good as it gets for a summer feast. Just season with a little salt and pepper and cook to medium or medium rare for the full taste sensation. Remember to only turn the steak once and don't over cook it for the best results.

As we continue our quest for the perfect sausage, we have introduced new lines to complement our already hugely popular sausage range. Our latest offerings to you are ALL GLUTEN AND PRESERVATIVE FREE.

 

We now make in-store free-range pork, apple & fennel sausages, German style pork Nuernberger sausages, organic lamb, mint & lemon myrtle sausages and free-range chicken & oregano sausages. As our aim is to offer meat products with no or minimal additives, we make ALL OF OUR THIN AND THICK ORGANIC BEEF SAUSAGES GLUTEN AND PRESERVATIVE FREE therefore makeing them suitable for poeple with coeliac issues.

BULK MEAT ORDERS AND MEAT PACKS

 

For people with larger families or those who prefer to fill the freezer occasionally rather than shopping on a regular basis, we are more than happy to provide to your needs. We offer variety packs of differing sizes and we allow you to substitute any product you may not require for a product that is more suitable for your needs.


All products used in the bulk packs is the same premium quality that we display in our shop cabinet. We only source the finest quality available and do not use cheaper alternatives in any of our discounted bulk packs.


We also supply full bodies, sides or quarters of organic beef, whole or sides of organic lamb and free-range pork. As with all of our products, we cut, pack and label to suit your requirements and can also freeze your order.
