Butchers Tip: This cut is ideal to pan-fry, BBQ or grill. For optimum eating enjoyment, we suggest that this cut is cooked to medium/medium. Can also be used for stir fry strips or for a slow cooked meal when tenderness is required but time constraints don't permit the uses of other cuts.
