You will be surprised just how easy to cook and serve this product is. Simply cook like a large steak and then slice into portions to serve.
Butchers Tip. Have the BBQ plate heated before placing the lamb leg onto it with the fat side down. Get the caramelization on the fat side of the leg before reducing the heat and turning the leg immediately. Cook to medium rare/medium for best results.
