This unique garlic variety is grown in the rich clay loam of the Perth Hills.  Non GMO and spray free, it has grown wild since the early 1900’s. Now it’s carefully propagated and harvested by hand, cured in clay and hung to dry for a long lasting garlic which stores well for several months. 

A beautiful aroma, slightly milder, easily digestible and does not promote reflux or indigestion;  Elephant Garlic can be enjoyed raw or cooked.

 It’s a perfect accompaniment to pasta, guacamole, vegetables, roasted or studded with lamb or beef. Try it in mashed potato, as a salad dressing or why not be indulgent and roast it whole!
