I know I should be a big person and eat liver because it is healthy, but I just can't get used to the taste. These beef & liver sausages are the perfect compromise - high quality, really meaty and without the awful filler ingredients and aftertaste of cheap supermarket sausages. The liver is very subtle, so perfect for those of us who haven't quite gotten a grip on whole "Adulting" thing yet. Delicious served as "Bangers & Mash with Onion & Rosemary Gravy".

We absolutely love these sausages, great taste and full of goodness (small thing but would prefer to have the option to choose Glutton free or not as none of my family are Glutton intolerant).
