Our 'Naked' range is totally nitrate free & sugar free. The products are cured with salt, water and home-grown, spray free rosemary. Naturally smoked with organic chestnut wood chips.

Very tasty

This is a really good ham. It does not look like the photo, though! IT will not be pink, no nitrates! It has a rind, trim it and the pieces are absolutely devine ... they just disappear out of the fridge!
