Each pack contains two jumbo, gluten free sausage rolls.

Made in store with our locally grown grass fed/grass finished sausage mince encased with crispy gluten free pastry.

For best results preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius, brush the pastry with an egg or milk wash and bake until pastry is golden.

A bit too dense.

When I make sausage rolls myself, I sort of cheat by skinning sausages - either pork or beef - and using the mince with shop-bought pastry. My family loves them!
Were you to do the same with your own sausage mince, (with GF breadcrumbs- if you actually include breadcrumbs at all) your GF sausage rolls would be less dense and much, MUCH tastier! Good luck!!! 🤗🙏🏻
