This product is traditionally cured and smoked but is sold as a RAW PRODUCT. Ideal to boil, bake or roast.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

This product can be boiled, baked or roasted

Cook at your preferred method for 40 minutes per kilogram

Temperature checks should occur at 10 minute intervals when the desired cooking time is approaching

Internal temperature of this product when cooked needs to be 68-70 degrees celsius

Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes before carving
