Really important to me is absolute nitrate free product and the lower sodium content. Excellent product would buy again.

Never again supermarket bacon

This bacon has none of the nitrite toxins of supermarket bacon (now linked to colon cancer), but additionally is packed with taste. Old school bacon that really tastes like the best bacon from childhood, not the bland garbage we see everywhere today. It was simply a massive difference to try this, very happy customer.
