Bit small for the price, but taste is lovely

Really tasty Fri night roast

Friday night indoors, out of the rain...followed the lovely guidance from Jodie (Thank you!)...popped ours in the airfryer and rested after 22 mins at 180C...meat at 165C...so good to have a lil pot roast...put a little water at base of airfryer...put lamb atop of red onions, carrots, spuds and garlic cloves...oh and cherry tom's..yum!

These mini roasts are so delicious. Even the kids loved them! Cook as per Jodie's instructions below (I did two mini roasts for a family of four so added another 5 mins to cooking time). Perfecto!
