Free Range Duck

Set temp to 160c. 45 mins one side then turn for 45 mins. Additional 10mins skin up at 200c. Utterly delicious with crispy skin and meat falling off the bone.

Perfect for friends around for dinner. Rich dense meat with a lovely layer of fat to crisp the skin and moisten the meat…..only free range tastes this good. Will buy again.
