Beef Marrow Bones (Cut into 4)

A good option for making bone broths and soups, however, this will result in a broth/soup high in fat. For leaner bones for broth and soup, we suggest that beef neck bones may be more suitable. If you wish to have your bones cut smaller, please add this instruction to the "Notes" section of the order form.

If you wish to roast your marrow bones, we recommend using our "Roasting Marrow Bones" found under the "stocks & bone broth" tab.

THIS PRODUCT IS SUPPLIED TO YOU BAGGED AND FROZEN.

Our grass fed/grass finished range in a nutshell.

As a suppliment to our certified organic range of beef, our grass fed/grass finished range is of the highest quality, grown on local farms, is free of vaccines and chemical interventions, has never been fed grain or placed in a feed lot and are from a breed of cattle renound for their temprement, ease of handling and eating qualities.

We have several local producers, all within a 100km radius of our premises, who produce Murray Grey cattle as both breeding stock and for meat. We rotate through these producers depending on their stock availability and our requirements and have a constant, consistant supply stream of these amazing carcasses.

Murray Grey cattle are the breed founded and developed in Australia for Australian conditions. Originally developed in the Murray River region around the NSW/Vic border, the breed has become synonymous with producers for their placid nature and workability and with butchers and chefs for their consistancy of eatability, carcass yeild and workable carcass size. The breed became a registered entity in the early 1900's and was developed by crossing an Aberdeen Angus bull over a Shorthorn cow. These cattle are Poll, meaning they are born without and don't develop horns.

The producers who grow this beef for us are fully aligned with our principals of animal welfare underpinng everything we do. These cattle are bred, born & raised on the farms they live on, have access to all year round green feed and fresh running water, are free from any chemical interventions and vaccinations and live a stress free life in their herds. The only time the cattle we source leave the farm is for their journey to the abattoirs. This is important because it means these animals will be exempt from the impending introduction of the mRNA vaccination program.

The providence of our products is something we take seriously and our support of local producers over the entire period we have been in business can not be denied. Whilst many meat retailers are happy to purchase from multinational wholesalers and receive products from anywhere in Australia, we have a different outlook on what sustainability, supporting local and keeping small scale producers viable into the future should look like.

Excellent quality soup bones

The bone broth that I have made from these organic beef bones is superb. Golden and shiny and very gelatinous. I’m amazed at the colour difference between using organic and non organic bones. I am totally converted. Your service and product quality is outstanding. Thank you 🙏

Bonnie’s Bones

Our dog loved these lovely fresh, delectable bones. It look her hours to demolish each one I gave her in order to occupy her and as each piece was actually reduced to a tiny piece of practically nothing, I feel it was money well spent. Thank you Mr Naked! 😂

Good nutrition

I make a nice soup from these bones. You need to cook then cool overnight in the fridge so you can get the fat off the top. Then recook with vegies and onion and garlic and herbs.
