I’ve been buying these for several years, because they are a good way to get some nutritious liver into my diet in a way that’s tolerable. But recently I purchased a sous vide device, and now these sausages are at a whole new level. By cooking them this way they are not only healthy, but also tender, juicy and delicious. Now I have individual servings of them cooked to perfection in my freezer ready to go.

I only gave 4 stars because they were just a bit too liverish for me, however that's probably a little unfair because my husband and 12 month old grand daughter both loved them! Cannot be faulted on freshness or quality..but maybe if you're a liver phobic not for you.

I know I should be a big person and eat liver because it is healthy, but I just can't get used to the taste. These beef & liver sausages are the perfect compromise - high quality, really meaty and without the awful filler ingredients and aftertaste of cheap supermarket sausages. The liver is very subtle, so perfect for those of us who haven't quite gotten a grip on whole "Adulting" thing yet. Delicious served as "Bangers & Mash with Onion & Rosemary Gravy".
