Purchase scotch fillet as a whole piece at a highly discounted price. Each cube roll (scotch) weighs approximately between 2.5kg and 3.5kg.
OPTIONS:
Whole - The product is left as a whole piece & vacuum packed
Sliced - The product is sliced into 2cm thick steaks and vacuum packed in bulk. A $5 slicing fee will occur.
Sliced & Individually packed - The product is sliced into 2cm thick steaks and packed as 2 steaks per vacuum pack. A cost of 50c per vacuum bag will occur, plus the $5 slicing fee.
This product is supplied fresh, whole and untrimmed unless you chose the sliced option
