Purchase a full side of Grass Fed, locally grown Hogget (approx weight 12-14kg) for just $20/kg and enjoy massive savings! Hogget provides a richer depth of flavour than lamb but is milder than mutton. All sides are cut to your specifications, vacuum packed, labelled and frozen for your convenience.

If you do not list any cutting specifications in the notes of the order form, your side will be cut as follows.

Leg: cut in half for roasts

Loin: cut into chops

Shoulder: cut into cutlets

Rack: cut into cutlets with the cap on

Flap: cut into spare ribs

Neck & shank: supplied natural

Offcuts and trim: all supplied in one bulk bag
