Beef Marrow Bones (Cut into 4)

A good option for making bone broths and soups, however, this will result in a broth/soup high in fat. For leaner bones for broth and soup, we suggest that beef neck bones may be more suitable. If you wish to have your bones cut smaller, please add this instruction to the "Notes" section of the order form.

If you wish to roast your marrow bones, we recommend using our "Roasting Marrow Bones" found under the "stocks & bone broth" tab.

THIS PRODUCT IS SUPPLIED TO YOU BAGGED AND FROZEN.

Good nutrition

I make a nice soup from these bones. You need to cook then cool overnight in the fridge so you can get the fat off the top. Then recook with vegies and onion and garlic and herbs.

Change of Image and Description

Thank you for addressing my comment below and changing the image and description to better reflect what the customer can expect to receive.
Also, for creating a new tab "Roasting Marrow Bones" with the old image, for customers wishing to have marrow bones to roast in smaller portions with no knuckles (as shown in the image).
Great customer service.
