Having switched to a keto/carnivore diet for health reasons, we've started to buy a lot of this particular product from the Naked Butcher. It's ideal, being a very healthy choice for eating good fat. We place a large quantity in an oven proof dish and melt it on low heat throughout the day, then filter it through cheesecloth into glass jars. The crispy bits left in the bottom of the pan are delicious to eat on their own!
