Patients, kindness and Fantastic Meat

I live 4000 km by road from the Naked Butcher and their ability to deliver beautiful organic organ meat and steaks (my fave being Porterhouse) is the best ever. Attention to detail and provision of the best quality meat is outstanding. Thank you

Was really happy with my first order. The quality of the meat was good, and the delivery option is so handy.

Too trimmed

So disappointed with my beef.
I normally really look forward to porterhouse because if that fat on it. But this was trimmed within an inch of its life.

I also ordered a piece of brisket - same, all the good fat trimmed off it.

One of the main reasons I eat grass fed beef is for the good and nutritious fat.

First and last time.
