Butchers Tip: For best results cook at a low heat (160 degrees Celsius) for an extended period. At 160 degrees, cook for 50-55 minutes. Always use Glad Bake to line your baking tray to avoid the marinate burning to the tray.

Short on time so tried these babies out in an air fryer and they were fantastic! The marinade/basting is way better than anything else I’ve tried. Next lot go on the smoker!
