Crunchy Crumb Coating

The gluten free crumb on the tender turkey, amazing. Even my partner who is not a fan of crumbed meats enjoyed the turkey with cranberry jelly. Great option when you do not require a full turkey roll.

Thanks for the feedback. We have a range of gluten-free schnitzels that are seasoned, including THE BEST chicken breast schnitzels in WA, and choose to keep the turkey schnitzels as an unseasoned item due to requests from a number of customers who regularly purchase them. Doing them this way allows the customer to season them to their requirements.
