Guys, me and my girlfriend are veeeery happy with you, for everything.
The meat of the T-bone steak was incredibly tender and "soft", very juicy, the cut was perfect how we wanted, but I'd already talked with the manager by phone, and congratulate with him, because the products you sell, they are unbelievably great! We were looking for a butchery like this, with the best organic meat, and we are super happy......and coming from Yanchep it was hard, but your guys make the delivery so....what else to say!? Just a big congratulations, keep going with your hard job, keep going with everything, and I really wish you can keep going to sell organic food, because we, and the entire world need people like you guys!!! We will definitely make another order pretty soon, once we come back to Perth.

Having the skin on makes a huge difference if you want to bake or broil or bbq. The meat turns out so lovely and tasty without drying out!
