From 08/06/2025 a $2/kg fee will be added for custom cuts and packing in 500g or 1kg packs as this takes hours longer than bulk packing.
We will send an invoice for the remaining payment once we have the exact weight of your item. Please ensure to check your junk mail regularly as invoices may appear in your junk mail depending on your security settings.
Full payment must be received before item is delivered or available to be picked up in store.
We dry age all of our beef for 10-14 days to consistently deliver you the most tender product available with the best depth of flavour.
