We smoked our pork butt with peacan wood, and injected with sour cherry and apple cider was delicious

Seriously good!
I cut the pork into single serve pieces and slow cooked them in an Asian inspired marinade. It was SO good and made 2 meals for three of us. Hubby reckons it's the best pork he's ever had!

I have been asking around but never seem to find this cut. Always great and super versatile, doesn’t get dry.
