My favourite Pork Sausages

Love these Pork, Apple & Fennel sausages! The fennel is not over-powering, as some others often are. The sausages have a meaty texture, containing just enough fat to keep them juicy and prevent them from bursting. Like any good quality sausage, cook gently on low-to-moderate heat (around 165 - 170 degrees C) to prevent them from drying out and to keep the natural casings tender.
