The Turkey was exceptional, very tasty and succulent , great quality and bonus of being gluten free

Crunchy Crumb Coating

The gluten free crumb on the tender turkey, amazing. Even my partner who is not a fan of crumbed meats enjoyed the turkey with cranberry jelly. Great option when you do not require a full turkey roll.

Needs more seasoning/salt ☺️

Thanks for the feedback. We have a range of gluten-free schnitzels that are seasoned, including THE BEST chicken breast schnitzels in WA, and choose to keep the turkey schnitzels as an unseasoned item due to requests from a number of customers who regularly purchase them. Doing them this way allows the customer to season them to their requirements.

Gluten Free Turkey Schnitzels

We love these gluten free schnitzels. They taste wonderful and we no longer feel that we're missing out. In fact I think our gluten free schnitzels were nicer than the regular chicken with gluten that our children ate. Thank you
