Organic Diced Lamb Shoulder

I cooked a David Herbert , 'Lamb Curry with Lentils' last night; and it was so good. Thank you Naked Butcher. The Lamb Shoulder was excellent. ( I can see and taste the difference in what you produce .)

Been cooking Lamb Korma in the pressure cooker in around 30 min. Really tender and delicious. Our new favourite.

I used my diced lamb for a lamb casserole, it was very tender and tasted delicious. I added my own stock and a few bits of rosemary 👍👍
