$17/kg price is for standard butchers cuts bulk packed with no sausages only mince

From 08/06/2025 a $2/kg fee will be added for custom cuts and packing in 500g or 1kg packs as this takes longer than bulk packing. 

We will send an invoice for the remaining payment once we have the exact weight of your item. Please ensure to check your junk mail regularly as invoices may appear in your junk mail depending on your security settings.

Full payment must be received before item is delivered or available to be picked up in store.

We dry age all of our beef for 10-14 days to consistently deliver you the most tender product available with the best depth of flavour.

All bulk purchases are cut to our specifications, vacuum packed, labeled and frozen for your convenience. This product is sold “on the hook” and includes all bones and fat.

These sublime bodies of grass fed & finished beef are supplied to us from Bailup Grass Fed Farm. Locally grown and 100% grass fed & finished, the quality stacks up with this item.

Great meat

Absolutely wonderfull stuff I haven’t got through most of it yet but so far about the best meat I ever gotten.. even the sausage are great!
