Lamb Shanks

Had a yummy recipe that I wanted to try using lamb shanks. Naked Butcher's shanks were perfect. Not too long, so fitted in my roasting pan. Had enough meat on them, and were tender. I will definitely order again.

Delicious

The shanks were delicious however they weren’t cut through the shank and I didn’t have a pan large enough and resorted to cooking then in a roasting tin.

If a request for the shanks to have the bone cracked would have been in the 'Notes' section of your order form, we would have been happy to do so. As it wasn't, we left them natural.
