OMG! The amazing sweet smoky aroma has taken me back to my childhood when, many years ago, my family in Eastern Europe used to make their own pork products in their backyard. Perfectly seasoned and so delicious, just slap some good quality mustard on it and you're ready to go!

This is the only bacon that I know of that meets my requirements for NO nitrates and NO sugar. The fact that is local and I can support ethical, organic farmers is a terrific bonus!
