I didn’t roast my pork - instead I put it in the slow cooker for 8hrs. I was having 14 people for dinner and didn’t want any hiccups. The meat was beautiful and easy to slice. Of course there was no crackle but I’m not keen on that anyway so discarded that very easily. I made apple sauce and gravy from the juices. Stress free meal and went down a treat, will definitely cook it that way again.

Beautifully present fillet roast and easy to cook and carve. It had a lovely flavour and served two people for meals for 4 days!

Local Organic Pork Scotch Fillet Roast

We have been buying these for a couple of years and haven't had bad one yet. In the oven at home or a camp oven they hold the moisture inside while producing some of the best crackle ever. Highly recommend you give these a go.
