Yet to cook the brisket, but the Lamb was good

Perfect for all the slow cook dishes like stews, roast and some others

We cooked up the brisket on our Webber and made brisket rolls. Amazing!!

Rubbed with spices and slow cooked for hours, it was gorgeous. The only thing stopping me giving it a 5 was the very high ratio of fat to meat. I like a bit of fat but a third or more was too much!

The meat was perfect for the receipe. Not used this cut before and was aware that it may be fatty. Minor excess fat on the outside I removed prior to cooking and afterwards at the time of shredding the meat with a fork discarded other fatty sections (again quite lean). Will definately purchase again. Thank you !
