Always the best!

Without fail the Naked Butcher always delivers what my whole family considers to be the absolute BEST meats. The only problem I’m having is I may have taken too much of the credit for the tasty meals and now there are never any leftovers for lunch the next day! The Grass Fed, Grass Finished Beef Brisket is without a doubt so much easier to cook and enjoy than literally every other beef brisket that I’ve purchased, and I’ve tried a lot of butchers. Even if I over do it a little it’s still extremely tender and melts in the mouth.

I saw this recipe once and I do it all the time with beef brisket - late morning even early afternoon I put the oven on 123 degrees Celcius. I sprinkle some salt and pepper on top of the brisket (I use 360 cookware stainless steel pot with lid) ....and walk away...roughly 4 hours later I return...to the most delicious meal done! My husband and kids love it! I serve with salad and some (low oxalate) veg. The most easiest meal anyone could prepare! No effort and cooked to perfection. My Mum asks did you sear it, marinade it etc...No No No!!
