Very tasty

Slow cooker for 6 hours then 15 minutes in a 250 degree oven… beautiful

Beautiful taste but a bit more fat than I would have liked. I had to remove around 250gms of pure fat after slow cooking. I would have trimmed it down but the fat was inside the layers of meat. It was a lot of waste so value for money wasnt as good as i had hoped.

The grass fed beef brisket was lovely, I pressure cooked, then put in a hot oven for 1/2 hour. Turned out really nice and very tender.
